Welcome to CoWork Temple ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Usage Limits

Our plans include specific usage limitations:

• Startup Plan: Users may utilize no more than 25 hours per week.

• Builder Plan: Users may utilize no more than 40 hours per week.

Hours are calculated Monday - Friday from the start of service usage. Exceeding the allotted hours may result in temporary suspension or additional charges as outlined in our pricing policies.

2. Our Terms

Upon signing up for CoWork Temple, all clients agree to comply with CoWork Temple Terms & Conditions. The spirit of this policy is to ensure our clients are using our services with due regard to the rights of other users and in conformity with the requirements of the CoWork Temple environment. Terms are subject to capacity limitations.

3. Booking with OfficeRnD

CoWork Temple utilizes the OfficeRnD app to book workspaces and manage reservations. Members can access the booking system via the web portal or by downloading the OfficeRnD Members app on iOS and Android devices. This allows for convenient scheduling and real-time availability updates. Members are responsible for managing their bookings, including cancellations and modifications, through the app. Failure to adhere to booking policies may result in penalties or restrictions on future reservations.

4. Illegal Use

CoWork Temple spaces, computer networks, and hardware systems may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; obscene material, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates laws.

5. Security

CoWork Temple spaces are monitored 24/7 by a security company with cameras and key code access to gain entry. Only certain membership subscription plans will get access to the front door for extended hours access.

6. Tech Support

Tech support is not unlimited. We reserve the right to limit tech support if it exceeds a reasonable level. CoWork Temple will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes a reasonable level. If your account requires support above a normal level we may provide support to you for an hourly fee.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By selecting a membership you are indicating that you are also signing up for one of our one-time cost membership plans, or our monthly membership subscription plans. You may cancel the membership subscription plans at any time during your membership period. If you do not cancel you indicate that you intend to keep your membership plan subscription and your account will be charged according to the monthly subscription rate on your anniversary sign-up date. In the event the credit card or payment method on file is no longer valid you must contact us with new payment information within five days. Unpaid accounts are subject to discontinuation of service and account deletion. Payments over 30 days past due are subject to collection agency fees and any applicable court costs and legal fees. CoWork Temple is not responsible for bank overdraft fees.

8. Refund Policy

CoWork Temple offers a full refund if we fail to deliver the services agreed upon. Double booking shouldn’t occur but if a space is occupied and booked at the same time we will try to accommodate by rescheduling or giving a full refund.

9. Cancellation (1-Day, 7-Day, Influencer) Plan

CoWork Temple requires 24 hours in advance to cancel any short-term access plans to not be charged.

10. Cancellation (Start-up, Builder) Plan

Members in good standing may cancel their membership subscription plan at any time and there is no minimum or maximum period required before cancellation. If your email address on file is accurate you will receive a 2-week advance notice from us reminding you that your membership plan subscription payment will be automatically paid on the monthly terms set in the contract. If you no longer want to continue your membership subscription plan you can connect to your customer portal account dashboard and cancel the payment or call our office at 254-853-4410. Non-payment will suspend your account.

11. Refusal of Service

CoWork Temple reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, or no reason, at any time.

12. Restrictions of Services

Certain services are prohibited within the Cowork Temple space to maintain a professional and conducive working environment. These include but are not limited to, aesthetic services (such as those provided by aestheticians, massage therapists, nail technicians, and hair stylists) as well as medical services (including those provided by doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists). These restrictions apply because such services typically require specialized equipment, licensing, and setup that are not compatible with the shared nature of the Cowork Temple space. While administrative or consultative work related to these services is permitted, the actual provision of these services on-site is strictly prohibited.

13. Vulgar and Abusive Language

The use of vulgar or abusive language by our support staff or any of our partners or suppliers is not tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

14. Professional Office Equipment Use

All office equipment included in the CoWork Temple spaces should be treated with care and stay in working order. All members are trusted to behave responsibly and use good judgment when using CoWork Temple resources. Members and non-members are expected to take proper precautions to care for all equipment and areas in the building. To protect the interests of its members and non-members, CoWork Temple reserves the right to monitor or review all data and information contained on any supplied CoWork space property including but not limited to computers, electronic devices, the use of the Internet; with or without member notice. The use of company resources to create, access, store, print, solicit, or send any materials that are harassing, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate will be grounds for suspension or termination of your account.

15. Modifications

CoWork Temple reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its Terms of Use at any time without notice.

17. Actions Taken by CoWork Temple

The failure of a client to meet or follow any of the above Terms or Conditions is grounds for account deactivation. CoWork Temple will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use. CoWork Temple reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. When CoWork Temple becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Terms and Conditions, CoWork Temple will initiate an investigation. During the investigation, CoWork Temple may restrict a customer’s access to prevent further potentially unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, CoWork Temple may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer’s account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such a violation is a criminal offense, CoWork Temple will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such a violation. CoWork Temple does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Terms of Conditions violation.
